Shipping and Returns



Domestic orders over $100 now qualify for free shipping!

Due to the increasingly difficult situations in the world, including COVID, of course, here’s our shipping news.

Domestic shipping

We ship using UPS ground or USPS. We've come to an understand with USPS and so this is an option once again.

Orders over $100 receive free shipping!

International shipping.

We can only do this using Fedex International and yes, it costs more. But it’s possible to ship. We are really sorry but trying to use the USPS/EMS is not working out right now. Incredibly long delays (of months,) lost packages, and customs chaos are now the norm. We can’t track EMS/USPS any more. This used to be reliable and inexpensive. It’s no longer the case. We get that sometimes an order goes off without a hitch. But it's no longer the norm.

We hope it changes. Seriously. We understand your frustration and annoyance and we share it.

Customs and Duties

Customs and duties are a real thing and may be due in your country and you are responsible for these charges. They are at the discretion of your government. The carrier will inform you of any customs fees; it has nothing to do with us. We cannot help with it. We cannot refund international shipping costs on packages returned to us.

Shipping right now is extremely difficult and challenging in every way. We really hope that one day we will put this COVID pandemic behind us, and let the world’s infrastructure recover.

Large Orders

We may insist on these requiring a signature--for your protection and ours. For very large first time orders we may wait to ship for two to three weeks.


We will accept some returns for store credit.

Please remember that we can't resell returned oils, except in special circumstances, even if they are sealed.

We cannot refund shipping costs.

Please take care when shipping to common areas like general lobbies, or leaving on the doorstep. We cannot refund these orders.
